Code of conduct

General principles
Det frie Gymnasium is a special school where democracy is a central value. That means that these rules have been adopted by the school meeting - and the can only be changed by a new session of the school meeting. At the school meeting every pupil, every teacher, the headmaster and other staff each have one vote. We expect everyone to abide by the school's democracy and the decisions taken by the school meeting. This means that we expect everyone to respect each other and the decisions taken in common. Vi respect each other's opinions, appreciate different opinions and respect people's boundaries. In other words, we speak decently to one another and treat each other with consideration - also when we disagree.
